What is a full optical bonding capacitive touch screen monitor?

The full optical bonding technology eliminates the air between the touch panel and the LCD display panel, which greatly reduces the reflection of light, reduces the loss of light and enhances the brightness, and enhances the capacitive touch screen monitor display effect.
The capacitive touch screen monitor isolates dust and moisture. The air layer of the 3m touch screen is easily polluted by environmental dust and water vapor, which affects the use of the machine: the full optical bonding OCA glue fills the gap, the LCD display panel fits closely with the touch screen, dust and water vapor have nowhere to go, so the capacitive touch screen monitor can remain cleanliness.
Reduce noise interference. In addition to the combination of the touch panel and the LCD display panel, the full optical bonding capacitive touch screen monitor can effectively reduce the interference caused by noise on the touch signal and improve the smoothness of the touch operation.
Make the capacitive touch screen body thinner. The full optical bonding touch screen has a thinner body. The touch screen and the LCD display panel are bonded by optical glue, which only increases the thickness of 25um-50um; it is 0.1mm-0.7mm thinner than the ordinary bonding method.
Simplify assembly. The assembly of the full optical bonding module and the whole machine can be directly fixed by means of snapping or locking screws, thereby reducing the assembly problem caused by the fitting deviation, and simplifying the assembly process and reducing the assembly cost. At the same time, it helps the narrow frame design, and the border can be made narrower.
Full optical bonding capacitive touch screen monitor has a complicated process, low yield, difficult rework, high cost, and a large investment.
